One very easy way to speed up your productivity and stop carrying out the same old tasks is to automate them and make your computer do it.
RoboTask enables you to automate combinations of tasks on your computer ranging from launching applications to checking email or moving and backing-up files. The program allows you to easily create simplified automated tasks plus more advanced actions like loops and custom variables. It's been specifically designed with novices in mind so to get up and running, you need only follow the on screen wizards which take you through the setup procedure. Unfortunately, sometimes RoboTask's instructions don't always work. For some reason, RoboTask can sometimes take a few attempts to activate a particular automated task to work. Whether this is a bug or because Windows is overriding the command is not clear but don't give up if RoboTask doesn't work the first time. In addition, it would be useful if the developers of RoboTask kept adding new automation's to keep up with the latest developments in operating systems - such as Vista - as most things are very XP oriented.
You'll only be limited by your imagination in building a completely automated working environment that will save you precious time and effort with RoboTask.
